Monica Castiglioni

Monica Castiglioni is a jewelry designer and photographer. Born in Milan, she now bases herself in Brooklyn, where she creates her pieces. Taking inspiration from the world of plants, her jewelry is both unique and elegant, using a combination of bronze, semi-precious stones and color to create her signature, sculpture-like jewelry.

Her favourite shape is a pistil, which is the female organ of a flower. Castiglioni uses this shape frequently in her jewelry design, especially in her rings, but also in her bracelets, wrist-bands, and necklaces. Her pieces encapsulate a sense of individuality, beauty and will add a certain 'je ne sais quoi' to any jewelry collection.
