The 053 Capitol Complex Armchair is part of Cassina’s Hommage à Pierre Jeanneret collection. It was included in the furnishings used in the meeting rooms of the master Le Corbusier complex in Chandigarh, India. This armchair is supported by a Teak frame and upholstered in a very durable Argento colored polyacrylic fabric. It is striking in appearance and its soft padded seat and backrest provide maximum comfort, ideal for modern and contemporary interiors.
Partner and cousin to Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret was a visionary of modernist architecture and design. His greatest talent laidin creating functional and strikingly elegant furniture.
