Nantes Dessert Spoon by Puiforcat - MONC XIII

Puiforcat Nantes Dessert Spoon

Designed in 1939 by Jean Puiforcat, the silver-plated Nantes line is a great example of the sleek and simple cutely that has become the hallmark of the Puiforcat design house. Each piece is elegantly shaped and marked by a distinct serrated-style design at the end of the handles inspired by the famous Petit-Beurre biscuits from the Nantes region in France.

Characterized by pure, architectural lines, notable simplicity and the marriage of solid silver with other precious materials such as exotic woods, semi-precious stones and shagreen – Puiforcat offers an exceptional line of flatware and home decor. These beautiful heritage pieces are crafted with exceptional know-how and attention to detail that only 200 years of silversmithing can attain. With designs spanning from traditional French to contemporary, the house of Puiforcat honors it's long heritage of design by offering a wide range of styles and collections for all settings.
