Coltellerie Berti

Founded by David Berti in 1895, Coltellerie Berti is run from the same artisan workshop in the Tuscan countryside where it all began over 100 years ago. The production of Berti knives remains unchanged, using the same manufacturing methods and materials as they did in 1895, including ox horn, boxwood and steel.

The essence of Coltellerie Berti is encapsulated in the engraved initials on each knife's blade. Every Berti knife is handcrafted from start to finish by one, sole artisan. Their initials are engraved to represent the authenticity of their work, and to honor the Berti family tradition. A Berti knife should be cared for as if it were an heirloom.
