Shipping and Returns

• Standard Shipping Orders will be processed and shipped using FedEx, UPS and USPS within 2-3 business days if an item is in-stock in our showroom or 3-7 business days if an item is in-stock in our warehouse.
• MONC XIII provides White Glove service for furniture delivery as a standard delivery option for the Hamptons, Long Island, NYC, Northern NJ & Western CT.
• All other furniture freight shipping is coordinated with 3rd party transportation companies to deliver nationwide.
• It's required that a person is available to receive, inspect & sign off on the goods upon delivery. MONC XIII is not responsible for any damages or issues that occur once the delivery is received and signed off on. If there are any issues at the time of delivery or inspection, please contact the Sag Harbor Showroom at 631-808-3333 or the Greenwich Showroom at 203-340-2275.
• Nationwide White Glove service is available upon request.
