This role will be point on the development and marketing of MONC XIII digitally. We are looking for a full time experienced e-commerce professional that has been part of developing and executing a digital retail strategy for the luxury consumer. This role will manage the growth and operations of www.monc13.com, email marketing, social media, SEO and strategic promotional campaigns with 3^rd parties all with the goal of increasing revenue, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Deep knowledge with Shopify e-commerce platform & Google Analytics (or equivalent)
• Has executed an e-commerce strategy in the past including segmentation and personalization
• Ability to hire and manage 3^rd party freelancers or vendors to help achieve goals
• Ability to identify and propose new online & growth hacking strategies to increase sales conversion, customer engagement & brand awareness.
• Develop email marketing campaigns and other strategies to grow sales with new and existing customers
• Is data driven and can test, track and report on existing and new developments

Qualifications  

• 3+ years experience with the Shopify e-commerce platform
• Experience targeting the luxury consumer is preferred
• Self starter and naturally curious
• Data driven
