We are seeking a talented Stylist/Visual Merchandiser to join our team at MONC XIII. As the Visual Merchandiser/Stylist, you will be responsible for creating captivating and visually appealing displays and vignettes that result in digital content that showcases our collections and inspires our customers. 

This role can be part time or full time and will require traveling to our showrooms in Sag Harbor, Greenwich and Tavern Island for visual displays, content creation & collaboration. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Natasha (Owner) to develop and execute visually appealing strategies that align with MONC XIII's brand curation and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Create appealing and eye-catching visual curations that lead the customer through the entire store.
• Partner with teams in Sag Harbor and Greenwich on showroom floor preparation and execution, window displays, vignettes, interior displays, and floor plans that drives sales.
• Create and manage content & styling calendar for all locations with collaboration from Owner
• Produce and style photoshoots using independent photographers. 
• Create and modify vignettes that showcase various MONC XIII curations in showroom windows and key places where customers get to see, pick and buy products. 
• Analyze weekly Sell-Thru report and use as input to future in-store vignette styling and merchandising.
• Conduct regular store walk-throughs to assess the effectiveness of displays and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Visual Merchandiser/Stylist in a luxury retail or interior design environment.
• A passion for interior design, creativity, and content creation.
• Strong knowledge of design principles and interior design techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
