Franco Albini and Franca Helg

Franco Albini was an Italian architect, urban planner, and furniture designer from the 1930s to the 1960s. He studied at Milan’s famous Politecnico and apprenticed under famed architect-designer Gio Ponti. He was highly celebrated for his work on important architectural projects in Italy such as the Rome Rinascente building and Milan subway stations.
