Join the MONC XIII team in our new Greenwich CT Showroom! We are seeking an immediate hire for a full time experienced sales associate to join our sales team in Greenwich CT. We offer competitive salary plus commission compensation, health insurance, paid time off and a beautiful showroom workspace. MONC XIII is a luxury furniture & home accessory showroom in the Hamptons and Greenwich, CT, representing vendors that include Cassina, Hermes, House of Finn Juhl, Pierre Augustin Rose and many more.

Required Skills and Ability:

-Sense of personal style, polished appearance, refined taste and eye for luxury design

-Experience in Interior Design & knowledge of mid-century furniture is preferred

-Create a luxury experience through selling & customer service

-Build and maintain repeat clients, including outreach to trade.

-Achieve goals and consistently contribute to the growing success of MONC XIII

-Be knowledgeable about all products with the ability to educate clientele on product

-Assist in marketing and sales strategies to grow sales with new and existing customers

-Passion for Design

Qualifications

-2+ years retail sales experience is preferred

-Interior Design, Home Furniture and/or Accessories retail experience ideal

-Strong interpersonal skills

-Self motivated

-Detailed Focus

-Ability to collaborate with others and take on responsibility to complete any task
