Escapade Gourmande Grand Cru by Maison Mataha reimagines the house's founding icon as a 35% Absolu de Parfum. Perfumer Vincent Ricord returns to the memory of crème brûlée that inspired the original and gives the vanilla greater richness, texture and sensuality while keeping its comforting warmth.
Cristal vanilla absolute and Peru balsam open the composition. At its heart, a black sugar accord reveals an intensely caramelised facet alongside the rounded, almond-like warmth of tonka bean absolute. Bourbon vanilla absolute and a veil of musk extend the base into a velvety, enveloping and deeply addictive trail.
