Luca Erba is an Italian architect and designer born in 1984 in Brianza. He graduated from Polytechnic University of Milan where he studied architecture. Erba launched his own studio and gallery in 2010. His approach celebrates a connection between heritage, materials, industrial design, natural shapes and refined craftsmanship. His ultimate purpose is to create long-lasting objects, combining contemporary taste and strong respect for the past.
Collection Particuliere was created in 2014 by Jérôme Aumont, presenting meaningful furniture and objects with bold, clean shapes. The primary materials are wood, marble, leather, brass and ceramic—chosen for their character and ability to age with grace. Collection Particulière aims to be an immersion into “daily life objects, where every single piece of furniture and every object is considered to be a sculpture, a piece with a true statement. A piece that does not immediately show its true nature.”
Aumont has partnered with some of the leading names in European design. Among the talented collaborators are Christophe Delcourt, Grégoire de Lafforest, Dan Yeffet, Arno Declercq and Dessuant Bone.
